Lelofy is an online grocery delivery service that provides groceries, fruits, vegetables, meat, dairy products, household essentials, and related items through home delivery.
Users must:
Be 18 years or older
Provide accurate information during registration
Use the platform only for lawful purposes
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
You are responsible for all activities conducted from your account.
Lelofy is not liable for unauthorized access caused by password sharing or device access.
Users must ensure their profile details — including name, delivery address, and phone number — are accurate at all times.
Customers must provide correct delivery address, GPS location, landmarks, and contact details.
If delivery fails due to incorrect details or the customer being unreachable, the order may be cancelled without refund.
Items and delivery availability vary based on inventory and location.
Delivery time is estimated and may vary due to traffic, weather, holidays, or other operational factors.
Orders that are packed or dispatched may not be cancellable.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
GST, packaging fees, delivery fees, and service charges may apply where relevant.
Failed payments will not result in order confirmation.
Supported payment options include UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, and COD (if available).
In case of payment failure, the user must attempt payment again to place the order.
If a selected item becomes unavailable at the final stage:
Lelofy may contact the customer for approval of replacement OR
Product value will be deducted from the final bill
Refunds apply only in valid cases such as:
Damaged / spoiled / missing / incorrect items
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Perishable items cannot be returned once delivered unless there is a proven quality concern.
Fruits, vegetables, meat, fish, and dairy may have slight weight variations after trimming or cleaning.
Customers must refrigerate perishable items immediately after receiving.
Lelofy is not responsible for spoilage caused by late delivery acceptance or improper storage.
Users agree to:
Be available to receive delivery on time
Provide OTP/access if required
Behave respectfully with customer support and delivery partners
Users must not:
Spam support
Submit false complaints
Write fraudulent reviews
Encourage platform misuse in groups/communities
Violation may result in offer cancellation or account suspension.
The following may result in permanent ban:
Fake accounts
Payment/refund fraud
Misuse of promotions or referrals
Harassment towards staff or delivery partners
Any verbal abuse, harassment, discrimination, or physical threat toward delivery partners will result in:
Order cancellation without refund
Permanent account suspension
Legal action if applicable
Lelofy uses third-party services for payments, notifications, hosting, analytics and logistics.
Lelofy is not liable for failures or delays caused by external service providers.
Lelofy may pause, modify, or stop services temporarily or permanently due to upgrades, maintenance, technical issues, or business decisions.
Offers and coupons are subject to specific terms and may change anytime.
Lelofy reserves the right to withdraw credits/benefits from accounts violating rules.
Users will be informed clearly before activation of auto-debit or subscription services.
Users can cancel auto-renewal anytime through the app if implemented.
Users may review products and delivery experience fairly and respectfully.
False, abusive or misleading reviews may be removed without notice.
Lelofy may suspend or terminate accounts for:
Fraudulent behaviour
Repeated failed deliveries
Harassment of staff or delivery partners
Breach of these Terms & Conditions
Refund will not apply if the suspension arises due to fraudulent activity.
All content, logos, brand names, designs, and media on Lelofy belong exclusively to Lelofy.
Copying, selling, modifying, or distributing them is strictly prohibited.
Lelofy will not be responsible for service disruption due to events outside its control, including:
Natural calamities
Pandemics
Government restrictions
Internet/cloud/server outages
Riots or strikes
Any dispute arising out of Lelofy services shall be governed by applicable laws of India, and jurisdiction will lie in the relevant courts of Andhra Pradesh.
Lelofy may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform signifies acceptance of updated terms.
